Exploratorium, San Francisco, CA

Front-end designer and developer in Online Engagement. The department is responsible for the design and upkeep of the public facing institutional web presence and all project based sites. Primary responsibilities included:

  • Design and development of new sites, features, and projects.
  • Participation in the day-to-day maintenance of the Exploratorium’s websites.
  • Research and testing best practices and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
  • Daily collaboration with a team of project managers, designers, developers, writers, scientists, and producers.


    Conceived of, designed, and developed the mobile optimized version of the main Exploratorium website. Took the lead on content strategy and UI.
    Worked closely with a team of project managers, exhibit developers, writers, and artists to create a site that showcases the traveling exhibition, and stands as a central resource of geometry-related topics and activities.
    Site to support a two-month long celebration of color completed under a tight deadline.
